MY "WHY"

Why I Created This Guide Series

After 12 years immersing myself in the holistic healing, health & wellness world -- Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis became a hyperfocus subject for my neurodivergent brain. I was deeply called to create this toolkit series in honor of the 10+ years I spent being dismissed by conventional doctors when my labs were “normal” — even though my body was screaming otherwise.


This is for every person who’s ever been told, “you’re fine,” when you knew in your gut that something wasn’t right. This is for every person who's ever been told "its in your head," "your'e just stressed," or "here's a referral for a psychiatrist."


I built this for anyone who wants to understand their body, connect the dots, and stop outsourcing their health to systems that treat you like a robot on an assembly line — only looking at a fraction of the full picture of you.


As a patient, I needed something that didn’t gaslight my lived experience.
As a
practitioner, I needed a tool that could bridge clinical data with real-life symptoms—organized clearly, accessibly, and without hours of digging.


That's where this idea came into view. An all-in-one map that finally makes it make sense.

What Makes This Different


While doing a deep-dive into the sector of Functional Blood Chemistry, I realized quickly that the majority of resources were designed specifically for Practitioners/Physicians and were extremely complex and time consuming to follow.


There wasn't much out there that really translated Functional Chemistry into something palpable and straightforward that the majority of people could understand and utilize as a tool in their own healing journeys (and for their children/families as well.)


So I went on a mission to fill that gap!

  • Are these guides a replacement for seeing a doctor?

    No. No guide/ebook/pdf  should be used to try to "replace" 1:1 personalized/customized care. 

    These guides are educational tools to help you understand your labs and health patterns more deeply while advocating for your healing. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace personalized medical advice.

  • I don’t have a medical background. Will I still understand this?

    I did my best to write these keeping in mind that a lot of people will not have a health background.  These guides are written in plain, approachable language — no medical degree needed. You’ll find simple explanations, symptom-based suggestions, and organized charts that make complex information easy to digest. ** If there is an abbreviated term like "PCOS" I typically have it written out at least once (polycystic ovary syndrome) so that the reader knows what it is. 

  • Do these guides work for both men and women?

    Absolutely. The guides cover 115+ biomarkers and over 100+ conditions relevant to both men and women. There are even some gender-specific conditions like hormone imbalances, menstrual irregularities, and prostate health.

  • What’s the difference between “functional” ranges and “conventional” lab ranges?

    This answer is covered in depth in the guides from multiple angles - however a short version: Conventional ranges look for disease extremes based on "normal" ranges taken from the average population which includes a very sick population. 

    Functional ranges look for optimal health zones. Functional blood chemistry identifies imbalances  & dysfunctions before they become bigger issues — catching trends Conventional Doctor aren't trained to find/catch.

  • I’ve been told my labs are ‘normal.’ Can these guides still help me?

    Yes! Many people still feel unwell despite “normal” labs. These guides help you spot patterns within the normal range that might point to nutritional deficiencies, stress on organs, or early imbalances.

  • Are the guides only for practitioners?

    Not at all. While they are detailed enough for health coaches, nutritionists, chiropractors, and other wellness professionals, they are designed to empower everyday people to understand their own health.

  • How do I know which labs to order?

    Guide 3 is your roadmap. It gives you step-by-step lab suggestions for 40+ common symptoms, plus additional functional test recommendations (like hormone panels or gut tests) when helpful. You can *also* use Guide 2 to "reverse engineer" what labs to order by looking at thet typical high/low lab markers that are typically found with that condition/issue.

  • Can these guides help me read past lab results?

    Absolutely! If you have any bloodwork results, you can use the guides to cross-check your results against functional ranges and condition patterns.
