Hello everyone and welcome to HH Collective's brand NEW On-going Group EF+SRT Sessions w/ Debbie!


WELCOME! 


We welcome you to join us for this incredible on-going, 2-sessions-per month, group program on all things relating to your relationship with your body & weight. First I'd like to clarify; this is not a diet group where we will be discussing diets, nutrition, exercise or anything else. This is not about that – it’s about clearing the core issues from our subconscious mind that cause the weight gain, body hatred/guilt/shame etc.

There are many reasons we hold on to weight. If you have tried and tried and done everything right and not lost the weight, join us. If you have not been believed, if you’ve been told you’re lying, if you have felt alone in this fight, join us. If you have cried and cried and cried until you should have at least lost some water weight from the tears, join us.  We hope to bring you home to your body. To make you comfortable in your skin. To heal your body dysmorphia. To allow you to live peacefully within your body. And perhaps to lose some weight. We will clear nearly 100 issues we have gathered around why people hang on to their weight, or hate being in their skin.  


HOW IT WORKS

In each session, Debbie will test for the priority for the group from the list below, and clear, remove & heal anything and everything that comes up from our subconscious mind for each priority. There is no way to know how many priorities will be covered in each session. One topic might go for 15-20 minutes, and another may only go for 5 minutes. We will complete whatever can be done in approximately 60 minute sessions. Debbie will repeat these topics as they show up, until there is nothing left in that topic to clear/remove/heal.


We will clear all blocks, beliefs, programs & trauma holding us back from feeling at home in our bodies and creating body confidence, positive body image toward ourselves (and others), loosing weight and so much more!


This monthly Group will be a combination of both Energetic Fusion and Spiritual Response Therapy to create the most profound possible benefits & results! 


Plus, in a group setting means you get to experience it with other wonderful humans also struggling with similar issues and all benefitting together.


IS THIS A QUICK FIX?

Absolutely not. As it shouldn't be because quick fixes don't work! With 100+ plus topics to work on, and repeated work on each of those this is not a quick fix. We've all looked for quick fixes in the past and that has been part of our downfall. Our society loves instant gratification. This work IS cumulative, and while you may notice some subtle changes after a few sessions, this is a 'slow and steady wins the race' principle. Debbie is in this with you as someone who needs to lose weight, but she also promises to guide you and lead you and hold the space for your success. We are creating a container of possibility for all of us. THE BEST PART is there is no homework in-between sessions, no diet plans, no exercise plans - NONE of that to do and none of that to discuss! This is about clearing your subconscious mind so that whatever changes you do make through action moving forward, happen organically without the frustration, failures and hopelessness. All you have to do is show up to each session, and be present.


ABOUT SYNERGY, AND PROMISES

What if you don't have a weight issue - you just want to feel comfortable in your skin? What happens for you when we are working on things directly related to excess weight? Or what if we are working on sexual trauma, and you don't have any sexual trauma? None of it matters. The topics don't matter. If you resonate with the emotions that come up, they will be cleared in you. Can I promise you that you will lose weight? I cannot promise you that. I am not with you. If you are binging and emotionally eating, you are not going to lose weight but it's OK. Working through this program should create the space for you to stop binging and emotionally eating. What I CAN promise you is that as you work through these emotions and complete these clearings, your life will begin to shift in many ways. The emotions that are related to your weight and body image are also related to other circumstances in your life. This is the synergy about my work that I absolutely love.
