WELCOME TO THE FIRST STEP OF YOUR HEALING & TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY.

I am so proud of you for taking this HUGE step to creating a healthier, happier & more balanced self!

It's important to remember that creating true wellness (and healing ailments/symptoms etc) isn't an overnight feat but rather a process & journey that requires consistency, patience & accountability. I am so thrilled to potentially work with you and help you learn and understand your body, your needs & wants, and determine how we can work together to reach your health, well-being & life goals.

And if I ever feel like I am not the best fit to help you, I will always do my best to point you in the right direction!
GETTING IN THE RIGHT MINDSET TO BEGIN HEALING
One of the main keys to beginning your healing journey, is to cancel out the idea that your body is out to get you, that the universe is out to get you, and that you've just been "dealt bad cards."
Why?
Because it's simply not true and these perceptions will keep you in a perpetual state of suffering & in the "victim" position instead of the empowerment position which is what we want! :)

I always hear things like "my body is failing me," "my body hates me," "why does this happen to me?" "nothing good happens to me," "I just keep getting worse," etc - (I could write an endless list!) I've heard them all and I used to say these exact things! But here's the thing: non of these statements are supporting the notion to heal. In fact, these statements vibrationally keep your body sick & your mindset exactly where it is, attracting more of what you don't want. If these things were working for you then you wouldn't be in the position you are, so if thats not proof in the pudding, I don't know what is! 

Now let's talk SYMPTOMS: Feeling like crap, being in pain, having zero energy, frequent migraines, painful periods etc are all having communications from your body because your body LOVES YOU and by creating whatever physical, mental/emotional symptoms you suffer from, your body's is sending you warnings saying "something needs to change, please help!" 
HOW MY CONSULTS WORK
My consultations are offered in Full Sessions (1.5 hours in length) and mini sessions (30 minutes), as well as Combination Consults which include ART, Energetic Fusion and/or Pranic Healing. 

If you have a more simplistic or single health/life concern the Mini Consult will suffice, however if you have multiple chronic, long term, complex (multiple symptoms/ailments/conditions) than the Full Consult is needed as that usually isn't even enough! :) 

This Consultation serves mainly 4 functions: 
- Time for you to tell me your story in your words and for me to really LISTEN
- A fact-finding, connecting the dots mission based on your Intake Questionnaire Forms & Story where I am able to understand what lead you to your current situation/conditions etc
- Explain to you why and what I recommend as your next steps and what combination of treatments moving forward I believe will help you in the most thorough & most direct way. 
- Offer you some some simple & beginning tips/tricks to incorporate into your daily life during your first 30 days post Consult. 
 
I truly believe that listening to my client's story is one of the most important things I can do because without your story I am missing SO much information that is critical to the success of your healing & transformation. 

Once you book your consult, you will be e-mailed a link to my extremely thorough Holistic Health (physical, mental, emotional etc) & Lifestyle Client Questionnaire to fill out prior to our Consultation. This Questionnaire provides me with a TON of information to help guide me in our first session as well as help me create your roadmap to healing with what I think would be the most optimal course of action while also saving you the most amount of money! Whether that be working solely with A.R.T or Energetic Fusion, or a combination of both, or working with all 3 of us on an on going basis.  

During our initial video session, we will go over: 
  • Your story

  • Your current health challenges & wellness goals 

  • Your history & life events including medical, physical, mental, emotional etc.

  • What emotional/mind concerns you have as to your challenges/blocks/etc
  • Your energy and stress levels

  • Sleep

  • Digestive & immune Function

  • Hormonal Health

  • Your relationships/the health of them
  • Exercise/Movement

  • Diet / Nutrition

  • Environmental & Chemical Exposures

  • Discuss which (if any) functional medical tests I would recommend to fill in some possible missing pieces that would help get to the root of your symptoms/imbalances 

COMBINATION CONSULTS: 

This means that you buy a "package" combo upfront which saves you a bit of money and ensures you the most thorough path to healing!

I highly recommend choosing a Combination Package that includes Autonomic Response Testing as I no longer can ethnically recommend supplements or protocols to you without having you work with this part of our healing programs. 

This is what you can expect when you book a Combination Consult with A.R.T. 

By joining forces and integrating Mandie's specialties, it allows me to implement an even broader scope of healing, while confidently giving you a customized protocol according to YOUR individual needs that we know for a fact, WORKS for you! 

What does this mean? It means that the protocol we give to you is NEVER what we give to someone else. Even if you have similar or the same "conditions," or symptoms as someone else, your protocol will never ever be generalized or recommend based merely on what "we were taught to do in school." 

Why? 

1. There are hundreds and hundreds of root causes for the same symptoms & diagnosis and one client with Hypothyroidism doesn't always have the same root cause as another, therefore treating them the same is negligent & not in their best interest. 

2. Every single person tests differently for various supplements no matter the quality of the supplement. Meaning a super high quality supplement could test horribly for Person A and person B even though it tests strong for person X and person Y. So we use an advance and unique form of Autonomic Response Testing to narrow down & determine what supplements, dosages etc are best for YOU that will get you healed in the most direct way. For example, BIOCIDIN could test strong (10) for Marie’s body, but could test weak for Charlie’s body even if they have similar issues or conditions. Therefore giving both Marie & Charlie the same supplement will help one, but not the other! In a lot of circumstances the wrong supplements can make a patient WORSE! (Gasp!) And even further than that, we don't just test individual supplements, we test how each of those works together as a protocol as well. 

This is why our unique approach with A.R.T is such an important part of our healing protocols so that we don’t waste our clients time, energy or money on supplements that aren’t resonating & working properly for their specific body. 

We also test all medications & supplements you are currently (and planning) on taking, to determine which test poorly and which test strong. We then focus on a new protocol that tests 100% strong AND also tests a 10 for bringing the body’s priority & systems back up to 10's. (0-10 is the scale, 10 being fully optimal & functional). 

Allowing YOUR body to tell us what it needs, creates an incredibly direct approach & results that are unparalleled to the typical functional medicine approach.
