1 Hour DEEP HOUSE, LAND & SPACE Clearing by Glenda (Choose turn around time)

IMPORTANT: Please read all submission instructions in full before submitting your information for the clearing. You can find those HERE or below

***Glenda will complete your clearing within the 3 or 7 business days based on your purchase speed and she will e-mail you her report/results of what was found/done. Please note the turn around time is from the day/time of your submitted e-mail with all information required for her to complete your clearing <3

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DEEP HOUSE/LAND CLEARING

A few important notes:

• House clearings are fully remote (not done on the phone or on zoom)
• Please read the FULL Descriptions & Instructions below
• Turn around times are based on Glenda's Business hours/days only (Tuesday-Saturday). Urgent is 3 business days. Standard is 5 business days.
• Glenda is OFF on Sunday
• Any house clearing purchased on Sunday or Monday, the turn-around time begins on Tuesday. (Glenda sometimes decides to do some on Monday if she has a hectic week but these are her designated OFF days. )

INSTRUCTIONS & DETAILS:

This can be done on ANY home/property/land or apartment, regardless of how long you've lived there. *** Can also be done for a new home prior to moving in, or a home that you are putting on the market to sell/ one that is on the market but isn't selling.

IMPORTANT: After purchase, please submit the below information. Your House clearing can NOT be processed until we have all of this information.

*** If you have large/lots of photos and they won't fit into ONE e-mail, please create an icloud link or a document/PDF with all information listed below & all your photos and then e-mail that document to us in ONE e-mail. Thank you!

WHAT WE NEED in your submitted e-mail:

• physical address of home or land site
• few sentence description of whats going on in the home or to the people/kids/pets of the home
• photos & names of every person and pet that lives in the home with descriptions (example: Joe Smith (black shirt adult), Jane Smith (red top adult), Bobby Smith child (blue shorts), black dog is Midnight, golden dog is Marley etc.
• outside photos of your house (a full photo of your house/home from the front and back, side, front/backyard, land around home if any)
• photos of your inside (kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, closets, basements from all angles, attics (if you can't get into the attic then we need a photo of the attic door), garage, shed etc. The more of your house you cover, the better!

** If you live in an apartment, please take a photo of your building from the outside, as well as a photo of your apartment from your doorway looking in, as well as any other rooms you'd like.
